Evidence with context
Use research as a starting point, not a substitute for listening to communities.

Introducing Golden Child Institute: a growing initiative focused on learning, wellbeing and opportunity for children and young people.
Building on GCI’s experience with storybooks, puzzles and learning resources, Golden Child Institute is broadening its focus to the whole child: social and emotional skills, positive relationships, wellbeing, classroom engagement and school success.
We aim to work in partnership with schools, families, educators, researchers and community organisations, adapting evidence to the realities and strengths of Rwanda.

Promote children’s and young people’s academic growth and social and emotional wellbeing through practical, inclusive and evidence-informed approaches.
A Rwanda where children and young people feel safe, valued, connected and equipped to succeed in school and life.
Use research as a starting point, not a substitute for listening to communities.
Prioritise dignity, inclusion, consent and safe participation.
Track meaningful indicators and improve based on feedback and results.
Our official emblem reflects the potential of children and our commitment to brighter futures. Download the artwork for approved publications and signage.
For very large signs, consult a designer or printer about producing a genuine vector version from the official artwork. The enlarged PNG is a high-resolution raster enlargement, not an original vector master.
